Join Posy from Smile Hi Sound Healing at Barnsgrove for a magical New Moon Springtime immersive Sound Bath

A gentle guided meditation will ease you in, helping you settle before being bathed in the resonant sounds of gong, Tibetan singing bowls, buffalo drum, ocean drum, chimes, and voice.

This sound bath falls in line with the New Moon, making it all the more powerful by harnessing the power and cycle of the moon. The New Moon is seen as a special moment for new beginnings, releasing the old and putting in motion new patterns and seeds for the month ahead.

Let the vibrations wash through you – clearing, grounding, and softly realigning body and mind.
