Join us for a one-day conference bringing together farmers, landowners and rural business operators to explore what’s possible for their land, through honest, real-world case studies in heritage, hospitality and rural diversification.
Now in its second year, Land Use Reimagined is brought to you by The Rural Diversification Collective, a community built to help farmers and landowners navigate diversification with confidence, connecting them with the people, ideas and expertise to make their land work harder.
Expect practical insight from landowners who’ve built real diversification businesses, the chance to walk the site and see it in action, and time to network with peers navigating the same decisions, all over exceptional, locally sourced food.
The Rural Diversification Collective is joined by four guest speakers, each with their own story of turning land into something new.
- Stuart Beare of Tulleys Farm, a third-generation farmer who turned a working Sussex dairy farm into Europe’s largest scream park.
- Sophie Brendel of Thornfalcon Winery & Press, who left a career in London to help build a 40-acre working vineyard on a 250-year-old Somerset farm.
- Worthy Earth, who’ve grown from a quarter-acre market garden into nine sites across Hampshire, Oxfordshire and Surrey.
- Callum Stark of The Padel Farm, a sixth-generation farmer who has built a Padel and wellness centre alongside his working farm.
The day includes a keynote, guest speaker sessions, a panel and audience Q&A, lunch and networking, and the chance to browse exhibitors and meet rural diversification experts and professional services.
