MARKETING COORDINATOR

- We are looking for a graduate/applicant with 1–2 years’ experience who is ready to take the next step, working directly with our founder, guided by our in-house Membership and Marketing Directors, and supported by a wider team.
At Barnsgrove you will:
- Work closely with the senior team on projects that shape the future of the club.
- Create and deliver content across our digital channels: social media, newsletters, and events.
- Use paid advertising to support our marketing objectives.
- Bring fresh thinking and practical support to day-to-day marketing and member engagement.
- Gain exposure to every side of running and growing a private members club.
Who You Are
- A graduate (Business, Marketing, or related degree).
- With 1–2 years experience in marketing, communications/content.
- Confident in social media, writing, and creating engaging visual content.
- Practical, curious, and ambitious, with a real appetite to learn.

SENIOR PREP/SOUS CHEF
- 32-40 hours per week
- Kitchen open 7/8am – 3/4pm & flexible around events
- Expected to work every other weekend. 8am-2pm only & flexible around events
- Start date 1st November
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic graduate who is keen to learn. An incredible opportunity to be part of an exciting Members Clubhouse in Greywell, Hampshire. Barnsgrove is a members club bringing social, work and wellbeing together under one roof. Your role will be working with our current team. Your role will be to execute the dishes to high standards using fresh, seasonal, local, quality ingredients. This is the perfect step into a commercial kitchen with guidance to gain experience but also the opportunities to develop yourself as a chef and explore your own food journey with evening pop up opportunities to showcase your own skills and menus.
We are looking for applicants who are confident in the kitchen, take initiative, engaging and a creative team player who is keen to learn in the role. You will need to have good time management, organisational skills, attention to details, be able to follow instruction and muck in as part of the team. All at Barnsgrove become part of the club and the community and we hope with passion and commitment we can set out to make it a huge success.

WAITERING STAFF
- 20 – 40 hours per week
- Across a 7 day week
You will play a key role in the day to day running of the Clubhouse. The ideal candidate will have previous barista, bar and waitering experience, a key eye for detail with a friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills and work well in a team.

KITCHEN PORTER
- 20-40 hours per week
- Across a seven day week
You play a key role in the kitchen, basic food preparation, Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas and keeping up with daily pot wash supporting the front of house team where requires. The ideal candidate is self motivated, keen to build and improve on their skills in the kitchen, helpful and with a keen eye for detail.
